Thanks to Steve for patiently explaining how the process works for specific things. He was nice enough to take his time to explain and even though I was frustrated I wasn’t aware of recent events that made it even more difficult for the pharmacy. I was trying to expedite to make a meeting and even though challenges existed I was processed quickly and still made my meeting. I’ve left several reviews for pharmacy staff that have always amazed me because they are on the front lines and I applaud their work ethic. I do my best to not be crabby or frustrated and honestly it’s a challenge for me but thankfully my little ESA Precious gives me a look and rolls her eyes and I’m instantly embarrassed. Thanks again for taking the time Steve- and all pharmacy techs thanks for what you do. In hindsight this process reminded me that I’m treated 1,000,000 x better at Kaiser pharmacy than anywhere else because I’ve been in the Kaiser family for 20 years. I’m grateful and I’ll make sure to remind myself of that.
